York partners with numerous Canadian and international academic institutions so that our students can study abroad or locally and build relationships with visiting students. For Domestic Studies Credential Programs with Other Institutions Combine the theoretical knowledge of a university degree with the practical application of a college diploma or certificate in one of our dual credential programs. Letter of Permission If you wish to take a course at another institution, apply for a Letter of Permission to ensure it counts as credit toward your York degree. For International Studies Exchange Programs Studying abroad is a great way to travel and earn credits all at the same time. York offers international exchange programs and internships with 200+ international partners. Summer Abroad Courses York’s international summer courses allow students to study abroad for three to four weeks and complete course credit.
